People who apply for care vouchers: If you are a holder of a senior community care voucher, please make sure you have completed the relevant application procedures. This will help you enjoy the free staircase machine service.
Elderly people in places where stairs are inconvenient to walk: Stairlifts mainly provide services for those who are inconvenient to walk up stairs. This includes the elderly and frail, those with limited mobility, those who have suffered a stroke or live in a tenement building where the lift is out of service, etc. If you meet these conditions, please contact our agency.
People who apply for community care vouchers: If you have not applied for community care vouchers, but you need to use a stairlift, please contact your local community service center or relevant agency to find out how to apply. This will make you eligible for stairlift service.
Free use: The use of the stair machine is free and you do not need to pay any additional fees. This service is provided to facilitate the elderly to go in and out of the home, perform rehabilitation exercises or accompany the doctor, etc.
