Ying Ying Xuan is committed to providing comprehensive care and treatment for the elderly to ensure their safety and comfort. To solve the mobility difficulties of the elderly, we use stairlifts to facilitate their going up and down the stairs. This machine is simple in design and easy to operate. It can safely transport the elderly from one floor to another, allowing them to move more easily and perform daily activities independently.

In addition, our team of therapists also uses a variety of professional therapeutic equipment to help the elderly. These equipment include physical rehabilitation therapy equipment, speech and memory training equipment, etc. Our therapists have received professional training and are able to use these equipment to conduct precise assessments and treatments to help the elderly restore their physical functions and improve their quality of life.

Precautions for using stair climbers

  1. Make an appointment in advance: To ensure smooth use of the elevator, please make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. This can avoid waiting time or ensure that the elevator is available when you need it, such as a follow-up visit or an important holiday.

  2. People who apply for care vouchers: If you are a holder of a senior community care voucher, please make sure you have completed the relevant application procedures. This will help you enjoy the free staircase machine service.

  3. Elderly people in places where stairs are inconvenient to walk: Stairlifts mainly provide services for those who are inconvenient to walk up stairs. This includes the elderly and frail, those with limited mobility, those who have suffered a stroke or live in a tenement building where the lift is out of service, etc. If you meet these conditions, please contact our agency.

  4. People who apply for community care vouchers: If you have not applied for community care vouchers, but you need to use a stairlift, please contact your local community service center or relevant agency to find out how to apply. This will make you eligible for stairlift service.

  5. Free use: The use of the stair machine is free and you do not need to pay any additional fees. This service is provided to facilitate the elderly to go in and out of the home, perform rehabilitation exercises or accompany the doctor, etc.

  6. Safe use: When using a stair lift, make sure you follow all safety instructions and operating steps. This includes staying steady when entering and exiting the stair lift, avoiding overloading, and not placing hands, feet or objects on the moving parts of the stair lift.

  7. Respect others: When using the stair loader, please respect the rights of others. Please follow the queue rules and do not cut in line without permission to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to use the stair loader.

The introduction of stair machines provides convenience for elderly people to enter and exit, rehabilitation exercises and accompany patients, etc., and does not require additional fees for those who need it.
